Step onto the pitch at Marlow Football Club and you are walking in the footsteps of history. This grassroots club is not just a local sporting treasure – it is where Cuthbert Ottaway, the very first captain of the England football team, once played.
Born in 1850, Ottaway was a gifted athlete and a true Victorian all-rounder – cricket, running, real tennis, you name it, he excelled. But it was football where he made his mark on the national stage. In 1872, he led England in the world’s first official international football match against Scotland. And yes, before all that, he played right here in Marlow.
Today, Marlow FC continues to bring the community together, with home games at the Alfred Davis Memorial Ground just a stone’s throw from the town centre. From juniors to seniors, it is a club that champions teamwork, dedication and local pride.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I replace a lost or damaged card?
Yes! We offer single card replacements for a 25p donation and replacement boxes for a 50p donation to the pack’s nominated charity, plus postage. We’ve had cards falling in tomato soup and a hungry Spaniel eating the box so whatever the reason, don’t throw away your pack, just replace what’s damaged!
How long will it take to receive my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange it.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding delivery charges) or arrange a replacement.
