Tucked just off Spittal Street at Anglers Court, Suum Kitchen brings the flavours of Vietnam to Marlow – a family-run restaurant where every dish is rooted in memory, craft and care. Founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Nhan and Pham, both originally from Hai Phong in northern Vietnam, Suum is the result of years spent cooking, tasting and dreaming about a place of their own.
The name “Suum” comes from sum vầy – a Vietnamese phrase for a cosy gathering around the dining table – and that’s exactly what you’ll find here: warm hospitality, relaxed dining and food designed to be shared. Chef Nhan trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and has created an award-winning menu of vibrant salads, fragrant phở, delicate seafood and slow-cooked dishes that showcase the gardens and rivers of the Red River Delta.
Suum’s kitchen champions fresh, healthy ingredients, an MSG-free approach and local suppliers wherever possible, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Whether you’re settling in for a long supper, booking a celebration, joining a cookery class or picking up a takeaway, this is Vietnamese cuisine elevated to something really special – and a genuine one-off in Buckinghamshire’s food scene.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I replace a lost or damaged card?
Yes! We offer single card replacements for a 25p donation and replacement boxes for a 50p donation to the pack’s nominated charity, plus postage. We’ve had cards falling in tomato soup and a hungry Spaniel eating the box so whatever the reason, don’t throw away your pack, just replace what’s damaged!
How long will it take to receive my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange it.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding delivery charges) or arrange a replacement.
